Are your JFlowers cues authentic?
Yes, we are the official store in Singapore. All cues come with a unique serial number and a certificate of authenticity to ensure you are receiving a genuine, high-performance product.
What is the standard shipping time within Singapore?
For local orders, we typically process and dispatch items within 1-2 business days. You can expect your cue to arrive within 3-5 working days via our secure courier service.
Do the cues come with a warranty?
All JFlowers cues purchased through our official store include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, such as warping or structural integrity issues.
Can I request a specific weight for my cue?
Most of our carbon fiber and wood cues are weight-adjustable. Please specify your preferred weight (e.g., 19oz, 19.5oz) in the order notes, and we will do our best to calibrate it for you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that cues that have been chalked or modified cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality standards.
